Food VENDOR Spaces
Single Day: $400
2-Day: $700
Estimated attendance: 4,000
Event Outdoor Hours: Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm
Each food vendor space comes with 2 vendor badges. Additional vendor badges can be purchased as the normal 2-day badge rate.
FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Must have the correct permits for your specific business to operate within the City of Fort Worth and a valid Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit if collecting sales tax. See link below for details.

Must follow all stand requirements, health codes, and procedures for Temporary Food Establishments from the City of Fort Worth. See link below for details.

Food stands will be placed on concrete pavement. Vendors will have to provide their own tents, tables, and chairs.
Be completely self-sufficient. No power or water hookups provided.
Pay location fee per space, per day. Single Day: $400, 2-Day: $700
Alcoholic beverage sale not permitted without additional buyout fees. Sales in this category is reserved exclusively for the on-site catering company.
Payment must be made before space is reserved.
Payments are non-refundable.
